I recently ordered a wading jacket from Fish Deal Uk. When the package eventually arrived, it was an empty cardboard box!
After a few emails I finally received a reply to say they had video surveillance and weight records that confirmed it had been shipped.
Luckily, I’d kept the box and checked its weight against that shown on the couriers tracking details - exactly the same!
No replacement jacket available apparently and still waiting for a refund.
Avoid this company like the plague….
