More great videos :thumb:
The steelhead were awesome Chris, the take from one is explosive and the reel just screems , in my case which is limited...followed by airborne acrobatics....they feel solid after a while then off they go again. How did the Steelhead compare to our Salmon? Quality videos as always ?
Yeah I've heard they're incredible fights. Definitely something I want to target at some point. Yeah I'm thinking of a trip sometime in the future when things are sorted. The steelhead were awesome Chris, the take from one is explosive and the reel just screems , in my case which is limited...followed by airborne acrobatics....they feel solid after a while then off they go again.
Maybe next year if the world sorts itself out...
Had a great day yesterday courtesy of a member on here down the north Tyne and main Tyne and had this wee fella...the main Tyne I found particularly captivating.

Are they easy to maintain or do then need stripped and cleaned all the time ?I really like the sound of a Hardy Perfect, I can hear it a mile away, always useful when I'm looking after more than one client on the river, or if someone has got their back to me in the boat!
