Salt water reel suggestions?

I'm looking for suggestions for a salt water fly reel?
For use with 7/8 lines. Mainly for seatrout and bass fishing in estuaries

The old Orvis Battenkill Discs are perfectly good for that. Or System 2s. 6/7 or 8/9 sizes will both do.
You are not going to need a ton of backing, or to carry very fat lines, so the key things are the drag and saltwater resistance.
Plus an ability to absorb a bit of abuse without you worrying about the cost!

I have a 6nine already that I use on my single handed salmon rod. I might purchase another for the salt water. It might be a bit heavy for the rod I'm going to be using tho

The F3W series are a bit thinner & lighter and still great reels.
Okuma Airframe 7/9 is my go-to reel for bassing.
4" diameter with a 1 3/8" wide spool it is corrosion resistant as it is moulded from nylon reinforced carbon so is very easy to maintain. It has a large drag adjuster so is easy to control and the big spool holds plenty of line.
I have five Danielssons but for bass I always fish the Airframe.
At under £20 its as cheap as chips but it cannot be beaten for the knockabout fishing you do along the shoreline.
