Tied 2 for the MOTM, this was the other. Liked the simpleness of the one I entered.
Black Holo and silver rib
White fox and amherst for horns
And yellow silver phesent

Both are good interpretations, but I agree with your choice. The one you chose just catches the eye with that strong wing but subtle hackle that draws the eye in - hopefully it does the same for the salmon

Thanks Iain, DrP, had the idea of reversing the entry. But glad I stuck with it.
