Does anyone know if the Mikael Frodin DVDs are still available to purchase? Looking for "make 'em swim" and "Modern Salmon Flies Vol. 1 or Vol. 2".

I've had a quick search and can't see them anywhere. Quite old now so possibly out of production.

If you could let me know of any for sale that'll be much appreciated.
