No, it was a complicated one to replace, needed all drilled out, root canal work and a bridge.
That was very cheap Tom.
I had my dental bridge knocked slack when in for a routine operation back in November 2021.
My NHS dentist had a look at it and confirmed that it would have to be replaced or I would certainly get an abcess or worse. He also said he could not do it as it was far too complicated.
Dental hospital also turned it down as too complicated and it had to be done by a private clinic at the bargain basement price of 11K.!!
NHS denied all liability of course and incredibly enough the Ombudsman also came down on their side.
So it looks like I am being left to pay for this myself. This in spite of the fact that it was on my notes before the operation and it was ok before I went under the anaesthetic and was damaged when I woke up.
What I would say is that the private clinic who are carrying out the work are fantastic, a different standard of care altogether, but it should not have been necessary in the first place.
So beware the big bendy thing that they force down your throat when you are under if you have a dental bridge and good luck if you ever need to sue the NHS.

Colour me surprised if this is a spoof, apparently published in the Dundee Courier where Yousless lives, but, if true, then young Yusef has the undoubted talents to succeed the failed Transport, Justice and Heath Secretary Humza into politics.:D:D
Meanwhile Regan and Forbes continually rip into the beleaguered Continuity Yousless and Sturgeon's failed reign and disatrous record in Government. In effect, making public what we all know??
They are tearing the party to shreds and divisions are widening in front of our eyes.

Junior's drawing is better than his father's maths
In a rallying call video today he said that he would get independence because that is what the majority of Scots want
does he not realize that 39% is not a majority.

I will rephrase
39% for independence, 47% against with 14% don't know

Brexit vote for every person of voting age no matter the party they support including a tory pm who did not want it.
52% for 48% against.
The SNP can fudge it anyway they like, it was a UK vote and they knew that before the vote
but in true SNP style, they find it hard to accept democratic voting results.

The candidates are now tearing the party apart and demanding transparency not only in voting
but the accounting procedures. Court interdicts on the way. How much better can this get????:D:D

So the numbers are in 31,698 members have left the SNP a really serious state of affairs. It goes to show that even the two women candidates were in serious doubt about transparency and the other candidate eventually popped up and joins in.

So it goes to show that the Scottish people have seen through the smoke and mirrors and wee nippy must have known this. I wonder what else will come out of the woodwork in due course.

In actual fact, they have lost a lot more, since their high of 125,534members in 2018. Their newly disclosed figure of 72,186 means they have lost a total of 53,348 members since then! No wonder Wee Nippy bailed out.
