Apparently Farlows (which includes Sportfish) have issued the following statement on Ukraine on behalf of directors and staff. I'm not sure where it has appeared - certainly not on the website for now.
''The Directors and management of Farlows Limited share the global concern and shock at the terrible humanitarian crisis taking place in Ukraine at present and, like many millions of others, wish for an early and peaceful resolution to the hostilities. We are exploring ways to effectively support the humanitarian relief efforts associated with this damaging aggression.
Whilst here in the UK we enjoy the privilege of being able to express these views without risk of unreasonable and arbitrary consequences for self or family, this is not uniformly true in other jurisdictions.
Farlows' shareholder group originates from a number of countries and, due to the above considerations, the Directors and management specifically do not comment on behalf of individual shareholders, one of whom is a national, resident in Russia. However, for clarity, the shareholder in question continues to have no involvement in the day-to-day management of Farlows and ,in recognition of concern about the situation in Ukraine, he has willingly stepped down from any Board participation and relinquished all voting rights attaching to his shares. We would add that Farlows has been fortunate to benefit from the significant support of its major shareholders over a number of years, said support having been extended only in the spirit of building on the long history of the Farlows/Sportfish business and without regard to the receipt of dividends or other financial return.''
