Wasn't sure if i should go to the Picture Gallery with these. Thought it would be nice to see some photo's of your shooting or trialling dogs. As the shooting season is nearly upon us, it could also be a thread for any shooting related photo's. So i'll make a start.

Poppy on the top is Tina's Daughter. Tina is my shooting bitch that i bred to Buccleuch Ideal, she had 11 pups, of which 1 died.

Having moved to a sheep rich area 3 years ago csnt say i have found any ticks on my 2 lab, (1 working and 1 retired). But when living in an area of no sheep but lots of deer we would regularly get ticks on both dogs.

So in my experince it would seem to be more deer ticks than sheep

She is a working gun dog, but I think she could do with losing a bit of weight and certainly watch the amount of treats she is getting while out training with the pup

Well last day of the season, and had both dogs out for the first time together by myself.

Both did ok with the pup actually being better than expected and the old one being a real bitch at times
