    How much are members cutting off the front of the AFS float to improve turnover with tips ? And also, can a loop be welded afterwards ? I've had trouble trying to weld floating lines in the past. Any advice appreciated.

    I'm hoping my learned friends can help me identify this line. It's a #11 floating spey line. Pure white throughout with an integrated running line. The only distinguishing mark is the welded loop at the tip end that is purple. Any ideas?
