Airflo suggest tying a simple overhand knot to form the loop on these, which I do. But it annoys me that the loop then goes off at an angle with that method. It isn't so noticeable on a trout leader but on a salmon polyleader the angle is quite obvious. It's just a wee thing, but it kinda irks...

Just invested in a Gaelforce EMT 9/10 Multi-Tip for my 14ft'er Can't find any advice if you need or recommend to use a Polyleader (or Versi leader etc ) on the end of the 15ft kit tip before your mono is looped on?

With the low, clear water conditions this year, I was wondering if I would have been better using a Riverge Tapered Flourocarbon leader (for its underwater invisibility), as opposed to a standard polyleader? Does anybody sense they have spooked less fish using this method? Would this be...

Hi folks, Just a question, I don't have any dedicated sinking fly lines, all floating shooting head lines with polyleader tips I mostly on the waters these lines are perfect.. On one particular water most of the fishing is in fast water and deep the river isn't wide so I normally a switch rod...
