    I saw this mysterious Fjord Trout on the fresh(ish) fish counter in Tesco. I asked the attendant to turn the fillet over so I could see the skin and it definitely wasn't sea trout which is often rebranded as sea salmon or some other twaddle. I asked her what it was and she offered some words...
