Attended the LTFG meeting yesterday and was mentioned that there might be some leeway on a few rivers in the new season ? regarding what I don't know.
Did ask were all the new rules in place for 2020 but again unsure!

I'm attending our LFG in Aberaeron tonight. I will see if I can glean any more information.
