Default Spring salmon fishing in Ireland

I'm sure these videos have been posted before but I only found them yesterday.

****WARNING**** Salmon get killed in these videos so viewer discretion is advised!!!

An old school fishing video with fly fishing, fly tying and spinning with Devon Minnows.

    I enjoyed these anyway.

One of the best skills that an angler can ever develop is knowing the difference between passing the time and wasting it!

Funny how we call those times the prime years / haydays and even then they were moaning of the declining runs?

    Default Irish Salmon

I remember seeing these when they were broadcast on TV quite a few years ago, they were shown in a four part set under the heading "The Angling Experience".

    1 - Irish Spring Salmon
    2 - Irish Summer Salmon
    3 - Irish Mayfly
    4 - Irish Pike

    If my memory is correct....

I did see a couple of videos for Irish summer salmon but I haven't got a chance to watch them yet.

Anglers have been moaning about declining runs ever since we started to walk upright. Every book I've ever read on salmon fishing from Scrope to Browne has a chapter on how things aren't like they were.
