hi, im new to this forum and wanted to ask- what line do you recommend for salmon and what strength.cheers.

If you mean nylon line I would always recommend atleast 15lb.
18lb for heavier stuff.
Braid is good if spinning with lighter baits.....
Maxima has always stood the test of time. For my spinning needs and also fly leaders. Went back to it after trials with flourocarbon which was more expensive and in my opinion not as good.
