Treble hooks

Hi fellow fisherman

Looking to find out what they call the treble hook which has one of the hooks smaller bought some years ago but can remember what they are called hopefully some one here can help.

Try Partridge, I believe your after the Neville Fickling Pike treble aimed predominately for the live baiters!.
Not a Pike Angler, but it seems to ring a bell that’s what you’re after.

Are you refering to a design where the smaller hook points in the opposite direction to the two larger hooks? If you are this design is called a TWINTEX hook and is produced by Owner Hooks of Japan.

Another design with a smaller hook was the RYDER hook used on the old Jardine Snap Tackle for Pike fishing with live bait, identifiable by two rings, one at each end of the hook shank. I know of no Ryder hooks produced today.
