This has to be some kind of record!!!

Well, I recieved the August swap flies today!

I thought that yesterday would finish me for this season but when I saw the flies in the swap I thought I'd give them a go.

I posted on the forum at 4:02pm that I'd recieved the flies. I went out and got the rod set up.

I picked Irish Salar's flame thrower:



And Heero's:



I was at the river and fishing by 4:20pm and had this wee lady caught and released by 5:15pm!!! :D



I just knew to look at those flies they'd be deadly!!! ;)

Thanks again to all involved! And an even bigger thank you to Heero!!! The Bogtrotting fish seem to like them anyway sir!!! :D

Caught on the Tummel on a cone head Ghillie fly I received in a fly swap. I can’t find who tied it but my thanks to them and,”have you got anymore?

Hemmy does it again

After catching a nice spring salmon on his ghillie fly back in April I just had two steelhead on this one he submitted to the March swap.
