Very nice tyings? - Used to be a favourite on the top dropper at Chew when they had a good hatch of "grenadier" buzzers in the warmer months. Seems to be a thing of the past as these large reservoirs mature and more and more nitrates and insectocides are washed in from surrounding farmland poisoning the insect life and creating algae blooms in the summer. No wonder the competition boys fish with blobs and boobies. That being said the quality and size of fish stocked has improved to counteract the predation from Esox and Cormorants.
