I visited Lithuania a couple of years ago. Lovely country. Roughly where on the Neris were you fishing?

not to cause any fuss but do you feel its sporting to fish for out of season kelts ???

In Lithuania this is winter fishing season, it starts at December 26 and lasts until April.

Hi, yes, there are a lot of spots for a fly fishing also. Usually the spots are suitable for both spin and fly, just fly fishermen go more shallow and faster stream.

Thanks! Our country is really beautiful I live in Vilnius, so I fish nearby.

No, we don't. There is autumn season, starts 09.01 ends 10.15 and winter season, as I mentioned above.
