After a dull, slightly damp start the sun is shining and it's warmed up. No much wind so should be nice in the park.

Our sunshine has faded and it's quite cloudy now but have been out to the park and met up with mate Tom and dog Jack. All the best for your op!

Quite warm and just a bit breezy so have been out to the park and cafe. Saw Tom and dog Jack and also Wendy and her dog Toby. In the sky the old AWAC with the mushroom flew over us twice and ten of the Red Arrows flew over the village before I went out so a busy day in the air. Chicken and sprouts with pickled onions tonight...........yum yum!!
Just waiting to see if I'll be having my booster jab when I go for my flu jab in early October. I'll feel happier if I can have it.

Went for a pneumonia jab yesterday and was offered my flu jab at the same time, one in each arm - woke up this morning feeling like a coat hanger. No sympathy from the wife, so I’ve been to get my hair cut this morning.

I'd better watch out as I'm due a pneumonia jab next year. Don't want it at the same time as a flu jab. It's cooled down a bit here and Mrs Mac has gone into the garden to finish of the weeding. Friday and Saturday look warm and fine so hoping to get out for more trips to the park and cafe.

A nice day today at 20C with little wind so went out to the park and cafe. Didn't see anyone I know but stayed for 40 minutes. Forecast to be fine and warm on Saturday so will go out again!

Cloudy but dry and a bit warmer today so have been out to the park and cafe. The car park was very busy and quite a few people about although I didn't see anyone I know. I seem to have picked up a chill and am a bit under the weather.

Yes.................stay for as long as they'll have you but pleased to hear you're progressing. Occupational therapists can be tough..................mine has banned me from using anything in the kitchen except the microwave and I'm not allowed in the bath without any help.

I seem to have a cold, probably from sleeping with the bedroom window wide open so will take it easy today and stay inside.

Came home on Tues afternoon, wound still quite tender
and leg stiff, getting about with crutches, nurse coming
on Thurs to check the wound,

Not a bad day here, quite bright with sun trying to get through.
So pleased to hear you are ok and back home. Hope all goes well and don't let the nurse bully you............they can be bolshie lol!! Movement is the key to a quick recovery in these cases. All the best!!
