Puppy socialising (terrorising) today at local Dobbies Garden Centre. Our Lily was smallest and youngest pup there but totally fearless. A few photos from this morning and a few others including first visit to our village pub yesterday afternoon.
Lily's looking great and growing fast!

She's doing pretty well overall. She takes everything in her stride.
She is a bit on the small size yet compared with the 2 we have had before. Training is coming on pretty well too. Looking forward to when we can go for longer walks. At the moment it is short walks round the block or short stints off the lead in the fields around us. She's is going to be a good one though, pretty sure of that. Hope all is well with you Andy.

Things Ok thanks, all things considered....just looking forward to my first day fishing this year. On Park this Friday....a puckle about as well it would seem.

Noticed our Border was starting to shed a few hairs last evening so decided to experiment with a hair wing using some of her guard hair. Quite pleased with the freestyle result on a size 8 double. Think I’ll call it the Border Terrorist in her honour.720D7765-53EA-4133-B631-410668A69C37.jpegView attachment 43218

Both very cute, Mike. Contemplating another ourselves but will wait till this CV19 is all but over.

Who is Mike?
Can't beat a border terrier. Nothing else comes close in my biased opinion.
We had some great help from an ex breeder and show judge who is on one of the border terrier club committees. She was the breeder who bred Burties dad! If you need a contact in the know, let me know.
We have got ourselves a wee cracker at a good price.

Can’t see past terriers. Best friends you will ever get. I will never be without at least one Jack Russell for the rest of my days. My Charlie boy just turned 8 the other day

I Iove Border Terriers. Ours are 13 1/2 and 6 months.
The pup has been hard work and socialising has been difficult during lockdown. I think we are getting there but sometimes I feel like we are dealing with a feral monster ! I am sure she will be better trained in the end than most of the dogs in our village. Our other 2 previous Border Terriers seemed much easier to train.
