Hi Craig

I done over 20 auctions last time round.

The charities were initially picked by member Munroe I think so maybe drop him a pm to see if the accounts are still open (MacMillan, Marie Curie, Cancer Research). Maybe he could help you with it.

Basically you put them up for auction on a formal thread with a closing time (bids past the closing time are discounted for fairness).

The winner needs to donate the winning amount to one of the charities. When it has been verified that the money has been paid you send the flies

Heres a link to how I was doing them. Post #7 details what the winner has to do.

LTC Auction 14

Ps, If the LTC charities are closed you could just ask the winner to donate to any of the charities through their public justgiving pages

Tell him nothing Craig.
He doesn't fish for salmon now anyway, too difficult to catch in his doteage.
They would just be wasted on him.
Aye , like you I’ve seen better days. 😉
