Lovely! Cracking camerawork. Thanks for posting.

I saw such fish in the middle of a wide river in Torres del Paines once but only had a 6 wgt rod.
Probably for the best that I couldn't reach them!

Its on my bucket list the Kings of Chile. Along with Tierra Del Fuego for sea trout. Maybe shoot doves for a few days whilst in Argentina. :p

The Peake twins have just got back. The trip should appear on their blog, at I think, Twin Peaks Media.

Beautiful vídeo. Thanks.

Despite the heavy pressure of the last years (thousen of anglers from around the world) Chile is and will continue to be a real paradise for fishing. I've been fortunate to fish here on several occasions, always for trout, but I have seen a lot of king salmons in different rivers as Tolten, Petrohué, Puelo, Futaleufú, Yelcho, Palena, Rosselot, Cisnes... and descending to the south of the Country through the Aysén Region and still until the "Campos de hielo Sur", you can find so many excellent rivers full of salmons (and trouts) that it is impossible to remember all their names.

Great Country, great people and, for me, the best fishing of the world.
