Rothbury level is still 1.8m below the 2008 peak of 4.05m and it’s “only” predicted to get up to ~2.5m

These floods are nowt new, if anything it’ll keep the water table topped up, be fishable in a few days once the rain stops

Yeah they used to say no salmon will run on snow water! Rubbish seen it loads of times on the aln! Cracking early start for the coquet! Bit like the old days! Lets hope the upward trend continues 👍first salmon in England! Fantastic👍

Must be great having rivers without any caulds...(I know the Tyne has one at bywell)...but I'm sure the river will score below that.
