One of 11 fish to the boat. Superb sport with some of Chew Valley's zoo creatures.

We had 11 fish to the boat all fully tailed grown on fish with the smallest circa 3.5lb. Great fun on #5 trout gear and floating line with lots of aerial acrobatics.

Kimbo - Trout fishing is alive and well at both Chew and Blagdon for the time being. South West Water Trust ( i think thats their name) have leased the Bristol Water fisheries starting at the end of the year. Everybody hopes the status quo is maintained but we shall see. As an aside Bristol Water is owned by various venture capatalists who look to maximise their income for their wealthy investors.

Chew was a fantastic fishery, I spent many hours there fishing static buzzers and getting the rod almost getting ripped out of your hand. Top of the water with a team of three was amazing.
Hope it doesn't decline when the new owners take over. They'll have to be very careful because Wimbleball is catching them up.
