I think so to. Though once opened even in the freezer it can go off - probably to do with how long it was on the shelf before you got it. I think the cheapest/least wasteful way is the 3 x minitubes in the same pack if its for pinholes once or twice a year. Only the big tubes if you are determined to save waders/jacket that are generally knackered and you need to apply it to big areas with a brush, in which case it needs thinned with toluene and probably isn't worth doing.
The link I posted appears to be a pre thinned product designed to paint straight on to seams and to seal pin holes. I have used aquasure and stormsure thinned down with toluene previously but if this is a premixed, ready to apply product, then it saves a lot of mucking about.
