Had some success with these recently, so naturally I’ve got to fish them all the time until my next run of blanks. #12 Magni hooks.

Nice fly’s is the tail on the 1st fly black buck with flash cheers F1

Thanks FB, the tail is natural Shadow Fox; which is a dark grey overall, but has patches of lighter underfur and black tips.

The Flash is the last of my Lureflash Twinkle - Old School

Your level of detail on the Shadow will challenge even the best, well tied GK!

Cheers Ard! I didn’t get the tinsel butted up to the tag correctly and they always look scruffy when I take a picture. At least the fish don’t seem to mind - when I can find them!

It's the 1:1 Macro effect GK, you need to back off some and avoid the macro images then even you won't see things. I used to use my Nikon D80 with macro on tripod to do fly images. There was no way I could get a fly that didn't show some short coming. I never noticed the tag until you said so .....................
