    I disagree given the only people who want a delay - and would think it rude - are those desperate to use any method to try and get one over on him. Doubt he cares what they think, and why should he?

    I would be surprised if anything comes if it Brian. He has enacted the law (letter acknowledged by the EU) and as far as I am aware the spirit of the law is a social and moral entity and nothing to do with the judiciary.

    The only people that think itís rude for a prime minister of the United Kingdom to petulantly send an unsigned letter are people that want to get one over on him? Are you sure? I get that he didnít want to send it. But we all have to do things we donít want to do. And when youíre the prime minister, a little dignity would be nice.

    If he had signed it would be have been in breach of the law.
    I thought the law was very explicit in exactly what had to be said and I'm sure it didn't specify a signature.
    Only half joking on the question, but as I said earlier laws made in haste with no scrutiny never achieve their objective.
