Just until we get the kids to bed, then we might get a real drink on. I'm working my way through a good selection of local wine but can't find a really good one not too expensive.

I had a bottle of this around Easter this year. I felt it was one for mixing but, as you say, not the worst.

I think the worst I've ever tasted was Conor Mcgregor's "Proper Twelve". It was proper awful for me.

I'm just about to finish a bottle of 2017 Malbec from Lidl. It's their wine of the week and surprisingly good.

Now, I love a Malbec and have had many with far more body and structure, but as a £5.25 bottle of wine - it ain't half bad.

I'm staying away from the Malts right now....if I got stuck in I don't think I'd stop.

Bed now and my book methinks.

This piqued my interest at £18.99 a bottle from Spar. We passed through itís home of Rothes on the way to Spey Bay just under a fortnight ago. Itís a no-age single malt but I havenít opened it yet.

Lad from work recently brought this back from Japan for me. Certainly had worse.

Redbreast in my favourite whiskey. Highly recommend the 12 and 15 year old. Not tried the holy grail 21 year yet!

Me too. Except I like fully leaded tea and I started late so I've got a fair way to go!
