Default Do wading boots stretch and give over time?

    Hi There.
Probably a silly question but do wading boots give and stretch a little over time and use.
I tried on a pair of Guideline Alta V2 boots, one foot fitted perfectly with my thick socks etc, the other felt a little tighter around the big toe.
I ordered two sizes bigger than my shoe size, the next size I'm sure would be too big.
Or it could be my foot is slightly different?
I welcome your comments on if they give or not.
I've only just really started using wading boots.
    Tight lines.

Skin ones do. Plastic do but a lot less and slower.
