    Default Nith Springer

Was fishing Dalswinton today with my dad.

5.30 this morning he hooked and lost a springer of around 15lbs that made of with his rapala.

20 mins later he hooked and landed a spanking fresh sea liced Nith springer around 10-12lbs.
the fish was photographed and quickly released.

this picture doesn't do the fish justice, it's not a great angle to show it's true size.

check these long tailed bad boys out

    back she goes

come on all fellow nith anglers get out and get fishing. the fish are here.

Some people think salmon fishing's a matter of life and death......
