    Hi,

    It's the BP Thunderhorse in the Gulf of Mexico, it was a while back now that it almost sank. They managed to recover it. I have some photo's from underneath it when they were getting ballasted back up.

    yours did go that way a few years ago maybe not so much of a tilt , I see you`ve been shut down again , That will give you plenty of time to surf the net again and looking at all the fishing websites

    Aye your right, shutdown again. Though don't know where your getting this plenty of time to surf the net, shutdown is when us lot are at our busiest.

    That big flat sandy bit on the right of the second photogragh is kind of like the main construction area at Arderseir, with its big cut out dock area and sandy working area's. Gees oh, we used to have some right sand storms in that yard..

    Looks like Corpus Christi where she's beiong towed out of there albyn73.

    I did a bit of work on the subsea pipelines running to/from the platform before she was hooked up, then went back down after hurricane Dennis hit her the year after, what a mess it made of the subsea pipeliens etc.

    The power of an angry sea is very underestimated!!
