    Default They are getting smaller!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi all.....

Not been on for ages! For those of you that do remember me... i took up fly fishing for Salmon two seasons ago (this is my third) Blanked the first season, caught my first on the Ericht last Summer then followed up with another last week!!

Only porblem is they appear to be getting smaller!! Last years was about 3 and a half pound..... last weeks was more like 2 and a half!?!?!? But it was a pretty fish, with a sea lice! Not thin, infact quite fat..... just pretty small...but they all count! And safely released!!

I also managed about eight brownies, two of them (pictured) close to 2lb one is a farmed fish (stocked by the angling club at 100g, the other is wild.... all in all a good 2hrs!

    wild

    farmed

Not the best pic in the world, or the biggest..but i'm happy!!

    Exclamation Bad news-Good news.

When I first saw the thread title ... I though of something else.

    And the answer is: Yes.

You do get shorter, in height anyway, as you get older; time 'grinds you down.' Not to worry about 'the other parts.'
