    The egrets are slowly moving into Scotland.No doubt to some form of global warming.I have seen all the european Egrets in Britain.and was expecting them soon.I have reports of little egrets in the forth estuary.But a great egret would be nice.Cattle egret even nicer.


    PS i wil go for a look tomorrow.

    Was interesting to see the photos of Egrets as I have never seen one before then walking the dog at Forfar loch on Sunday one took off from waters edge.
    By the time I got phone out it was well away over the trees. Nice to see though

    First saw them in Salcombe in Devon about 20 odd years ago. Now see them quite frequently on the Bottom Tweed.

    We had a great Egret at Willington on the river wear last year
