Default A surprise in the dark..

Was out for the sea trout the other night quite a few showing before dark so I waited til dark.. first run down I had a suspicious take followed by a dogged fight by a rather large yet lethargic sea trout... just shows there is no rule book.

The “sea trout” fly that did the damage.

Not a sea trout but a nice salmon around 7lbs.

Well done Jordan- just goes to show that we write the 'rules', not the fish!

Had many a salmon in the dead of night whilst chasing sea trout.
..........so many flies, so little time!
