    Another pattern that's caught me a lot of fish through the years, trout and grayling

    That is some serious tying ability on show there sir!

    They look like living things.

    Stuff like that is well outside my ability levels.

    Super tying!

    What are the thicker legs nearest the eye made of?

    Your kind words are very much appreciated jockiescott

    The leg's are golden pheasant tail feather and at first can be a little fiddly to tie in as can the ostrich feather on the underside as it tends to want to ride up the sides of the nymph, a little manipulation with the top of a needle corrects them back into place

    It's an Oliver Edwards pattern and his videos can be viewed on YouTube, I do have his full collection of DVDS which I think are a very good watch even after the hundredth time

    Thank you clydebuilt much appreciated yes the body is stretched nymph skin from virtual nymph it comes in quite a few colours
