    Lake fishes ok in Sept. Plenty of brownies with occasional sea trout. Salmon in Butler Pool quite good in Sept but most fish coloured. Lake very dirty recently but gradually clearing. Sea trout are catch and release.

    Much Improved Spring Runs in Ireland:Bit later than usual

    Just interested to see if the improvement noted in Munster rivers is nationwide. Good catches in Killarney, Waterville, Munster Blackwater. All fish in excellent order but run appears to be at end here in parts of Kerry
