Default Breaking strain of Hardy white coated running line 0.28'

Wonder if anyone knows the breaking strain of this running line, not mentioned on packaging or on Hardy web site.

Assuming it is braided not mono core it will most probably be either 20 or 30lb.

But most coated running lines are thicker than .028

If youíre using that running line, chances are youíre using a fairly sensitive setup so ignore the temptations of fancy leader materials and fish with a tippet to match, say 10 or 12 lb BS, so thatís your weakest link.

Contacted Hardy braking strain is 28lb, don't understand why they could not put this on packaging.

Sportfish tell me all colours are 25lb BS. Its just the coating that changes thickness!

Thinking about it, it'll be the dacron core that dictates the breaking strain over the coating every time!.
As ever I'd also presume that cost of manufacture will play a big part and the same Dacron core for all lines is in all likelihood a possibility.
