Mother is my own dog, Meg,.....Boundarymoor Daisy.
Sire is a black/white dog owned by the young ghillie Richard, who was asking you about one two seasons back. He finally got one from Clachanview Gundogs.....Clachanview Kailrine Hill.
Both are just working dogs, not trialling. Meg's mother Pearl was quite a successful dog though, and two of her litter mates have won trials. In fact, my friend who sourced Meg for me takes the mickey a bit with their owners, saying 'You know who's got the best dog from that litter...my mate in Scotland!' He actually means it and wanted to take her back from me. To us though, they're very much pets and you wouldn't part at any price. Meg is a really good dog, well I would say that, but she has the best temperament of any dog I've ever known, and I suspect she could have done well if trained to trialling standard.

This weather is not kind to dog owners. I am getting fed up of 45 minute walks/30 minute clean offs.

    Spaniels love puddles.
