    Default the river masson argyll

    hello all has anyone fished the river masson argyll is it worth a go

    Is that the one that is a tributary opf the Echaig?? If so I have fished it once and was bkloody fortunate to meet it on a BIG falling spate. the river cleared within minutes anf fell within a couple of hours. we were allowed the worm in those days and had 3 salmon and a number of sea trout. . . looking back in my diary that is. 1989 to be precise. . LOL
    I reckon you'd be better on Loch Eachaig. . . trolling three rods with tobies. Bound to be plenty of grilse about!!!! Lovely boats as well. Watch the snag at the mouth of the Eachaig!!
