    Default Stornaway AC and outboards?

Back in Lewis again mid September this year. Wondering what Stornaway AC lochs with boats I can use my small outboard on?

Robbie is off out fishing today (he is all excited due to three drips and a drop of rain yesterday). He is aware of your post, and should get back to you on the next sunny day.
You should be ok for using an engine to motor back up for another drift.....slowly. Problems will arise if you hit a rock (of which there are many) and damage a boat.

Coming to the island soon, how's the fishing been? Very little news on the club website or FB page?

No idea about the brown trout fishing.
A better run of grilse this year, but fishing effort is low.
    No shortage of water......

Doesn't seem to be much availability on FishHebrides in the next couple of weeks though?!
I am looking forward to a bit of Sea fishing and plenty of free trout fishing when I am there from next weekend. Looking forward to a rest from the salmon and sea trout and doing something different .
Not been a bad season on the Tweed and Till though.

I finally made the call, got some friendly and helpful advice Outboards are allowed on all the boats but beware the shallow rocks Shame I don't have a short shaft outboard, lol
