    Piriteze one a day, do not buy cheap imitations as they make you feel rough!!

    Also I use montulekast which are prescription but tend to work. I seem to struggle this time of year which is the Birch/Tree pollens mainly.

    I always feel really guilty about making an appointment unless im at deaths door incase someone else needs it more than me Hayfever ??Hayfever ??

    Neti pot. You'll never look back. Good for hay fever and I haven't had sinusitis since I started using it after many years of suffering.
    Wierd the first time you use it but it does work.

    The use of dissolved salt in water works fine here in Norway too, where many suffer of hayfever. We can buy a saltwater spray, which is based on the same principle as Nety Spot and it works fine! One spray in the morning and off I go!

    yip tried that as well, in theory it works,
    but its no bonny when the sneezing starts
    and both barrels are in full spate !!!!
