Default You get what you pay for(usually anyway!)

In the past I've always worn boot foot waders, but last year I bought some stocking foots from Diver Dave which are excellent. I got some boots which were not very expensive but they proved to be very uncomfortable.

Last week I bought some of the latest Simms Rivertek 2 Boa boots from the States and wore them for the first time on Wednesday. They are an absolute revelation, so light with a very rounded toe and therefore very comfortable and with the hard bite cleats are very stable. Although they were cheaper than if I bought them here, it's true on this occasion, you get what you pay for

    Highly recommended

I wear waders a lot, normally over 50 days a year, sometimes a great deal more, and I would only wear Simms boots. I won't wear their waders, but that's a different tale.
