    Default Drowes

    Hi guys.

I've got a friend going over to the drowes in April. I said id try and find some info for him.

How does the river work- is their beats, certain number of rods etc.

Is it singles, barbless etc. And can anyone recommend any patterns and sizes for me to tie for him.

    Thanks in advance

Drowes Salmon Fishery : Salmon Fishing Ireland

In the tackle section of that site you'll find quite a selection of salmon flies.
    Sizes are usually 8 - 12.
