    Default RACCE Review minutes of SC Parliment meeting on W,F,Review

    Really worth a read ,but get a bottle beside you as you might be there for a while.
    Looks like some important changes are on the way(we already new that)but some more coming

    That was a particularly depressing read.

    If this comes in it is likely going to destroy most of the clubs and associations acros the land.
