    Default booked or cancelled ?

    looking at availbilty on fishpal and other sites ,its obvious that this year there is more fishing not let than ive seen for some time . did anyone here cancel a long standing week or have you all kept your prized weeks ?

    Canceled my 3 days at Crathie, as they put it up from 90 a day to 144 going else where for them

    I have no prized weeks, however I usually do a week on the dee with 3 days on crathes late febuary early March but decided to give the dee a miss this year and concentrate on home waters

    Kept our weeks on the Spey ... prices much the same. And we know that if we gave up a week it would be snapped up and we would never get it back.

    just how bad do things have to get, before anyone gives it up in fear of losing it

    For us it is also a social occasion for a group of friends from across the UK and Europe.

    nice to meet up with old pals . How long have you been going there ? also has the price gone up or remained the same ? How have the catches been from when you first went till last year .

    Over 20 years - we have seen catches rise and fall. Last year was dire, the previous year, 1 fish Monday to Wednesday, 51 Thursday to Saturday.
