I would grab a day or three fishing Sluie or Cairnton but Sluie has no Ghillie

Not much comparison between Sluie and Cairnton.
Sluie is mediocre at best and Cairnton certainly used to be one of the best beats on the Dee.
Is it still Brian who is the ghillie at Cairnton, he used to be at Islamouth?

There is no ghillie on Cairnton at the moment, although I would have thought there would be one in place by next season

    Brian is on banchory.
I take sluie every year with another beat, it's not the best but it's good value for money, I've had some good weeks there, the catches at times are comparable with some of the better beats it's only 2 rods so when you consider park is 10 rods the odds aren't too far apart
