    Default Felt Or Streamtread

    Hi,
I am getting a pair of wading boots and have decided on simms freestones. I so not know to get felt or streamtread. Budget needs to be considered to. Also does anyone have any reviews on orvis enduras as I got a pair and am wondering what your opinions are as they seem to have a good review.

felt all the way every time with studs. Simms have stopped making felt boots so if you find any grab them quick

    I'll second that.

    Hi Lads
I got the felt freestones for 108 euro which is about 97 pounds.

    HI

Streamtread all the way. I got some last year and splashed out for the star cleats.

Haven't slipped once. I'll never go back to felt

Just bear in mind some countires/rivers have banned felt soles... if your planning to go away it may be worthchecking the terms.

Otherwise, felt and studs. Amazing grip....
