    Default straw shrimp

    made this shrimp out of a plastic drinking straw.
    still to colour it and attach hook
    looks ok tho?

    Cracking lure. I'd put the hook the other end tho. Mind you I'd also stuff the inside with bits of sponge and soak it in prawn juice! If allowed it would be great fished as a fly, more robust than a natural but possibly as effective.

    For me it's an interesting point at which a fly becomes an artificial shrimp. I wouldn't like to have to draw a line but I guess between an ally's shrimp and here.

    made another and think putting dubbing inside the body will work better
