try everywhere the irish lads said but more importantly get out on the river may it be snow,rain,hail or sun,you will get fish standing on a riverbank but not sitting at home.welcome and good luck with your fishing apprenticeship,the lads here will help you with anything

hire a ghillie if you know very little he will set your gear up and show you what to do and show you the river,you need to decide what river say the finn and ring them they will provide help along with your day ticket at a price of course,but the main thing is enjoy your sport
