February 2010 fly swap
Hi everyone,
Herers the february fly swap,we will all now be enjoying our start of the salmon seasson,looking for that springer.i wish everyone all the best and very tight lines to everyone.one thing i have to add is i must thanks every single one of you that have entered in the swaps,the quality and dedication you guys put in is stunning,the quality of the flys really are out of this world,and the most important part is that everyone is enjoying doing them,i am getting pm's in advance asking to join future months swaps,i really appreciate this guys.keep ur the brilliant work guys,thank u all.ok lads i gota thank Openthelennon for comming up with this months theme that is :IF ALL ELSE FAILS FLY,the fly u find urself putting on if as the names says if all elese has failed.how does this sound to everyone,if everyone agrees then that can be the themethanks again OTL.again this month if can be tubes,waddies,or hooks.ok lads i really look forward to seeing ur names up and the flys ull be doing,thanks again for the hard work and effort lads,cheers.
Rules.
You must tie 10 identical flies, and send them to myself in a suitable envelope, also containing a stamped self addressed envelope for return postage. The flys must be sent in by no later than the 30th of this month. Please pm me for my address, flys will posted out within a few days of the end of the month.

crispin many thanks mate,again really appreciate u joining,also many thanks again for stepping in on the jan swap and tying up the 10 flys in record time,u saved the day mate,really glag uve joined this months swap.this is a good theme,also watch out for next months swap,gona be an intresting swap.many thanks again bud.ive put myself down for a cascade tube with purple cone head,i remember the other year at start of the seasson,we had tried a few flys with no luck,and i thought ill try this cascade i had made with a purple cone head,my mate then asked to borrow my rod and on his second cast was into a fish,i let him keep the fly and he told me that once he had tried all his favs he always put that cascade on.now i always make sure ive got a couple in the box.
